Sometimes when I press the hotkey for "read to end", control-shift-R (1) It does Not read to end; (2) Instead the letter R is read and nothing else. (3) This usually occurs when the email is, or contains, an attachment. Does anyone have a solution here? (4) Using window eyes 8 with a new (9 month old) HP laptop, as I am writing or listening to the computer, it will freeze up. Nothing I know how to do will unfreeze it but for one thing: I just wait. I wait for anywhere from two to five or ten minutes and it will return to where I left off, plus, It will speak the keys I pressed during the freeze up: for example: Space, start menu or desk top. And finally for this email, What can I do to stop the repeated phrase :smart tag, undue auto action?" Space, Much appreciated if so. Much appreciated if not, but this email is read.
