Hi sandy,
you need to install the file you downloaded.
how to:
In the browser you used
you need to find your downloads and right click or press context key
on the file you want to install
and click on open or enter
In firefox you can get your downloads by pressing control j
Please note,
you need to also download and install your license from the same web
page you got your voices.
