OK, thanks. But is there some way to make an adjustment in the set
file or whatever, so that the progress indicator is never spoken for
one particular program, but remains open for all others?
The keypresses you suggest work, but the results don't "stick" so
must be used each time that program is first opened. There's a key
conflict happening with this program only and I'm trying to avoid
both that, as well as the progress indicator for that program, but
don't want to make changes that will effect other programs on the system.
Is there a set file adjustment or something that could eliminate the
progress indicator automatically for that program only?
