I'm pretty sure they already have. And you don't purchase individual
voices. You purchase a license for each language that you want. So if
you purchase an English license you have access to all voices available
in English, though of course you can download just one or two if you
want and it doesn't cost extra to change quality later. You just go back
to the downloads page and select a different quality from the combo box.
