Rick,
I followed this tip that I found with a Google search, and that annoying message hasn't been heard since!

You can disable this annoying popup message by increasing the performance
threshold and setting it to the maximum limit given.
1. When the popup notification message appears again, click on "Choose
add-ons" button. It'll open a new window.
2. Now look at the bottom of the window. You'll see "Tell me when the delay
caused by add-ons exceeds:" option. It would be set to 0.20 seconds by
default. Click on the drop-down box and set it to 10.00 seconds. Click on
"Done" button and it should disable the popup notification message
permanently.

Subject: Need a little help

Hello all,
does anyone know what I can do to get rid of the message "speed up brouzing by closing add nos". I get so frustrated sometimes because it says this almost every time I go to a new web page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rick If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
