Just install right over the top. The installer program will recognize
that you have a copy of wineyes already installed so it'll just do the
upgrade for you. Let it do its thing, and then reboot. after you reboot
and wineyes first starts, you'll hear a few tones. this indicates that
window-eyes is installing updated copies of its default apps. when it
says update complete you're ready to go.
