As I have no idea if Window-Eyes supports IAccessible2 or not, this may be good or bad. With the latest OO snapshots, you will be able to use Open Office, without needing the use of Java. Note however, make sure, that IBM Lodus program, is not installed, and that you run this program as admin, otherwise iAccessible2 will not work. Alright, with that out of the way, here's the link: http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/#w7ia2 If it doesn't land on the right heading, the heading you're looking for is: "Windows ia2 Branch Install Packages" Make sure ya choose the 3rd link, which will say something like: Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.0_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe_1448553.exe
As for that other office suite, Libre I believe had the last accessible version of 3.6.2. Although that's on the GNU/Linux side of things. Good luck!
