When I press control shift T to read the name of the current window,
Window-Eyes says dash, if a dash happens to be part of the title name.
For example, When I press control shift T while in AOL, I hear, "AOL
mail dash new mail." How do I fix Window-Eyes so that it will simply
read the name of the window without saying dash? Another thing, I'm a
little confused with the new layout of the advanced settings of
Window-Eyes 8.1. After selecting either longdesk, focussed, menu ETC, I
press tab to get to the options. However, I'm used to seeing dialogue
boxes. In previous versions of Window-Eyes, this was the case, but in
8.1, I'm seeing things like toggle scope button, yes and no buttons and
combo boxes. This is very strange to me. I can't select either yes or
no as I can't tell what I'm saying yes or no to. How do I read these
new dialogue or whatever these things are called? What happened to the
dialogues? Also, I don't like the way that browse mode keeps turning
itself on and off, everytime I tab through a form. How do I stop it
from doing this? I have another question, which pertains to Outlook
2010 with Window-Eyes, but I'll ask that in another post.
Thanks for any help.
