I have had this happen before as well. If it happens go into mse and find the update tab and tab to update and space bar or enter on it, let it update the deffinitions and you are good to go, I have noticed that the auto updating does not work like it should either.

I have had no accessibility issues with it. Just no that it does not update the deffinitions automatically and you will need to go and get those yorself from the windows update website.
