Hi Morné Personally I like to use the mouse to make these changes. Put the mouse cursor at the top left by pressing num pad 7. Now press the mouse down key num pad 2 until you get to the column headings. Now move the mouse to the right using the mouse word next key insert+num pad 6.
When you land on the column title of the order you want to change, press the left mouse button and things will happen. If you right click then you will be presented with a menu which then you can use the arrow keys to make your selection. Have fun with it. You will find how to sort ascending, descending etc. ________________________________ From: Morné van der Merwe [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, March 19, 2013 11:13 AM To: [email protected] Subject: OT: how to change the order of unread messages in Outlook 2010 Hello list, I would like to change the way in which my messages appear in my inbox.
