I have a Seagate backup drive. When I boot up the computer, I do not see the backup drive in Windows Explorer. To start the backup drive, I have to unplug and then replug the power cable to the backup drive. This is not only a nuisance but I think could cause an accident. I am running Windows 7 and W E 8.1. Any suggestion for getting the backup drive to appear in Windows Explorer on boot up? Ivan Cribb
