You're not wrong, but keep in mind that in other states, such as one of the states in which I am currently working, the same arrangement exists in support of window-eyes, and some of my co-workers on the contract I'm working on hate window-eyes, partially for that reason. It's to do with not only support, but also sales and the manner in which states, and yes, provinces, such as the one in which I live, buy equipment. For various reasons, all of them political, they buy only or at least mostly one product and I don't think that's in our best interest no matter whether the product is jaws, window-eyes, NVDA, mac voiceover or anything.
