Hi Matthew,
If you are looking for a file you downloaded, just do the following:
In Firefox or I. E.
just press control j
and arrow down to the file you downloaded
then press the context key which is the key to the left of your right control key,
and arrow down to open in folder
If you are not looking for a file you downloaded, then press
window key and the letter e
then highlight the drive which contains the file and enter then press control f
then type the name of the file.
