If you press control alt and R it goes to the whole list as this reply has

Hi Gang,
I think this has been discussed several times through the years but so
often when somebody has a question or problem, the answer just goes back
to the original sender. Many times I would be interested in the answer
also as I might have the same problem. People just hit the reply button
and the answer just goes back to the sender. I wonder if maybe many
people don't even realize that. Anyway, I wonder if enough readers felt
the same way if maybe GW might reconsider and let the answers go back to
the whole list. All that aside, it's a wonderful program and I feel very
fortunate to have it.
