Find the folder you want to share in Windows explorer.
Press the context key.
Arrow down to dropbox and press the right arrow key.
Go down to "share this folder" and press enter.
You will be taken to the Dropbox site.
Fill in the emaill address you want to share with in the second edit box (it is 
not labeled).
Tab to the "send invites" button and press enter (I think that is what it is 
called).
All done!

I did this using  Firefox. I have no idea what will happen using IE.
