Dear Listers and GW-micro staff,
Today I just installed the we8.2 on a windows 8 laptop 64 bit standard. But the window-eyes seems not working properly. Unusual symptoms are the following: If I press insert+s to bring up the system tray, WE says: "system tray unavailable". Another unusual symptom is that if I load either the IE10 or Firefox 19, WE8.2 it does not announce the headings of the page, and I am more than sure that headings in the particular page exist. Also if I press Insert+Tab to list the links the list does not comes up. The installation went normally and even the wizard of settings comes up normally after the installation. What must be the matter? I already removed the WE8.2 and re-install it again with the same results. Any solutions or suggestions. The laptop has 8GB ram and it is an I5 processor.
