I am writing the list on behalf of a friend of mine who is anxious to join the computer and internet age. I am one of two low-vision guys who have been asked to help him realize this goal. I am somewhat limited in my ability to help him because he is running Windows 7 and I am not. At the moment, his most frustrating issue is that when he tabs to the internet explorer icon on his quick launch bar at the bottom of the screen and hits enter on it, all he gets is Window Eyes constantly repeating the words "blank form" over and over. When I was at the guy's house last week, this was not happening at all. Can anyone give me any pointers as to what the hell is going on and how to make it stop? Any help would be much appreciated.
