Since they're tied up with ARIA, which seems to be an attempt in itself to
provide accessibility, perhaps we shouldn't bash landmarks to stronwly or
often; however, it would be nice to be able to suppress them during
Read-toEnd.  Just as we don't want to hear "Link, Link. Link) all the
time, same for Landmark even if it's a useful tool at times.

Either Web designers have never heard of them, or they put them in
everywhere, such as in Wikepedia.  Let's treat them as w.e. does with
other labels in Browse Mode.
