After some experimenting, I found that I cannot find the controls for Previous or Next in Cloud player when navigating through my list of albums or, songs. The only controls I am able to find are those that reverse the order of the albums or artists being displayed. I spoke with a customer service rep at Amazon and tried to explain this as best I could. I told him I am using Window-Eyes 8.2. I stated that these controlsare probably not standard Windows controls. I also explained that I would need to get a sighted person to gather additional information. By the way, NVDA is no help.
