It's just a guess, but I think Facebook's integration with things is a
bit more complex, because they like to change things a lot more than
skype. The anual fee probably covers any changes that have to be made
to the program, etc. If you use facebook a whole lot as some do, it's
good value for money. I also think that it would be nice to see it be
free for window-eyes users, but if that's not the case then so be it.
You won't ever hear me complain if a program is worth buying or
subscribing to.

These sites can be used but it isn't a pleasant experience. We are
counting on screenreaders to keep up, otherwise it may not be worth
the expense of upgrading. But what do I know!
