Hi Jed,

If you are running Window-Eyes with the Outlook Enhanced app, you can press
Control-Alt-A when focused on a message with one or more attachments and a
dialog box will be displayed containing a list of attachments as well as
buttons to Open, Save As, Delete or Close. Once you select that attachment
of interest in the list view and activate the Save As button, you will be
presented with the standard Windows Save As dialog. Use this dialog to
choose a file name and location for saving the attachment and activate the
Save button.

Regards,

Marc
