Hello Sue, I have had success using the Facebook Protocol RM option in Miranda. There are some things it does better than socialEyes, for example it will pick up messages sent as messages from the Facebook website, that SocialEyes does not pick up. However I hope this bug can be fixed. It also allows you to set a sound effect to tell you when someone comes online, which SocialEyes does not.

I was wondering is there a way to use Facebook with miranda IM. I never used any messaging client before so any help as to how to set it up would be great. I like what gwmicro is doing with social eyes would love to access Facebook, but I don't have the money so was wondering if anyone has any luck in setting up miranda IM to work with facebook. Actually I do access facebook through the mobile website I just find that easier, and was thinking another way would be through miranda IM. Thanks for the help. ____________________________________________________________ New Policy in Mississippi March 2012-Drivers w/ no DUIs may qualify for $9/week car insurance... http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL3131/51e7049f51aae49e13cast01duc If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
