Here are a few items you can check: 1. Do you have the correct set files loaded for Outlook? (e.g. if you are running Office 2010, make sure the mso2010.set file is activate and associated when using Outlook) 2. Is the message window maximized? If not, maximize the window. 3. Does this problem persist if you disable apps? If not, this would indicate that one of the Window-Eyes apps is causing this behavior.
