Hi Morne,

The Alt-1 through Alt-8 hotkeys are a core function of Window-Eyes but the
Outlook Enhance app does play a role in processing and passing these
commands along to Window-Eyes in certain cases. The special case is when
you are running the Outlook Enhance app with message virtualization enabled.
To simplify the investigation, I would recommend testing Outlook without the
Outlook Enhance app running. If the problem persists, then it would point
to a problem between Window-Eyes and Outlook. Possible causes might be the
Social Connector add-in for Outlook causing a conflict or one of the many
Outlook view options such as the People Pane or To Do Bar getting in the
way. If the problem goes away when you use Outlook without the app, then it
would most likely point to a problem with the way the Outlook Enhance app is
configured. You can stop or disable the app individually using the App
Manager or you can turn off all apps from the App Status pull down. Both
are found under Apps/App Management in the Window-Eyes Control Panel menu
bar. Please give this a try and let us know what you find. You can also
contact GW Micro directly by email or phone if you would like continue the
investigation off list.

Thanks,

Marc

Hello list,

I use Office 2010 and the latest version of WE. When I stand on an email and

press Alt-1 to get the sender’s address, WE just says “from not found.” I’m

getting the same results with Alt-2, alt-3, etc. We does it with all my

mails. Any advice?

Regards

Morné
