I am running Windows 8, 8.2 of Window-eyes, and 2010 of Office. After bringing up WE Contrtol Panel, Apps, Outlook Enhance, checking Enable Message Virtualization and installing the required Visual Studio, Alt-0 still does nothing. I was unable to install Dot Net in Windows 8.
