Out of desperation, what version of WE are you running, and under which version of Windows (and is it 32 or 64 bit?) Also, are you running 32 or 64 bit Office (if you are running under 64-bit Windows, you have the choice)? If you aren't running WE 8.2, you should ask GW support exactly which version it was when they added support for Office 2010. If you happen to be running 64-bit Office, ask them if 64-bit Outlook is supported (there was an issue at one time with it).
