If this is off topic I am sorry but I don't know to turn next. I was trying to update my express burn from nch.com and I selected the one for$41 and checked out using my veasa card. It succeded in going through. It then told me on the same page that my credit card would be charged for $69. But to top it off I have not received my e-mail comformation. Then I submitted a message through cumstomer support and it told me my message had whent through. But it has not shown up in my e-mail. I also checked my spam not there.
