Hi John,

The default views in Outlook 2010 are far from ideal for most screen reader
users and include lots of visual clutter and additional components that you
will probably never use. Based on the symptoms you are reporting, it sounds
like you have the To-Do bar turned on in your Outlook view options. I would
recommend you turn it off and it might resolve the issue you are
experiencing. To turn it off, press Alt-V followed by B. Down arrow to Off
and press Enter. While you are at it, I would also recommend you turn off
the Reading Pane. Press Alt-V followed by P then N. Down arrow to Off and
press Enter. Give this a try and let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks,

Marc

Subject: problem with outlook 2010

Date: Mon, Aug 26, 2013 9:18:05 pm

I'm using the latest Windoweyes and Outlook 2010. Sometimes when I open
Outlook I get "day list", not my inbox. This is highly annoying; I have to
close Outlook and re-open it to go back to my Inbox. Why is this happening
and how do I stop it?

Thanks.
