I didn't go back to version 8.0 of Window-Eyes but I did try this with
Window-Eyes 8.3 and Excel 2010 and could not duplicate this. You didn't
mention if you were in line mode or structured mode but I tried both and
again, as I arrow up and down braille and speech are in sync. So
perhaps you should upgrade to 8.3 as you are 3 versions behind the current.
If you continue to have issues I suggest you enable the braille window,
get to a cell this is happening on and send in a wediag report.

with its latest firmware, (v1.1.) Windows are maximised.
I generally believe that Braille support from Window-eyes needs to be
