Good Morning, I am using Windows 8 and WindowEyes 8.2. I am having trouble with the download of the WindowEyes 8.3 upgrade. I click on download and I hear the progress in terms of percentages as the download continues. Then when the download is apparently complete, I hear nothing else. I went to the list of vdownloads thinking the upgrade would be there and I could install it but I see no sign of it in the downloads list. I'm not sure where the download is being placed or exactly what's happening and what I should do. Any advice? interestingly, I recall downloading 8.2 successfully but Idon't recall any such problems.
