Katherine,

The only time this would be an issue is if you are logged in as a user and
then attempt to run an application as another user.  There is no problem if
you run an existing application with admin privileges as yourself.  So, for
99.9999% of users, this will be fine.  For the one user out of a million,
this is security issue with UEFI that we cannot work around.  There are
obviously not the same issues we had in 8.2 as they have been resolved with
8.3.

Well this makes 3 of us.  All I really care about is, my laptop has windows
7 HP on it.  All I care about is will 8.3 if I install it screw it up or
will it run just fine.  Anybody know before I make a mistake I'll be sorry
for?
