Hello Paulette you can go in and out of brouze mode without using control shift A just by tabbing from one field or control to another. For example if there is a edit box on the page more than likely wineyes will automatically put you in the edit box and turn off brouze mode so you can start typing your search criteria without pressing the brouze mode hot key. Once you typed what you want to search for then just simply press the tab key. This will place you back in brouze mode where you may start using your arrows. Pressing the tab key will place you in or out of rouse mode depending on what controls you land on. I don't know if this was was you were looking for or if this answers your question or not. Rick

Hi all,

I have installed the WE 8.3 update. I am using IE 8 and Windows XP. When I attempt to search the web by going to the internet and landing on my homepage, Google, I hear that I am on a search box, but other than that I hear nothing and can not go up or down using the arrow keys. Or, at least when I do so I hear nothing. Then, when I press control cap plus A, I can go up and down using the arrow keys. Then, when I search, I can get a list of results but when I enter on them I must use control cap A, do get out of brose mode. What happened to just going to Google, hitting enter, putting a search term, getting a list and making a selection? I don't want to constantly have to go in and out of brose mode. What should I do? I just want to do a simple internet search!

Paulette
