Another software that did fix certain challenges on my system, is
   DLLFilesFixer.
It is not freeware, but it proved worth the money, as I could get the computer back in business. :)

Try Malware bytes. There is a free version and a paid version. The
difference between the two is that it will sit in your system tray and
update it's database when new deffinitions are available. Also, You have
protection on it. There are some options that you will need to enable for
that. But, that is only for the paid version. i use it with Window eyes and it works well. However, I may bring to your attention that, if you do a full scan of your machine, disable speech before beginning the scan. Window eyes maybe quiet, but, it is still running in the background. The less stuff you
have running, the quicker it scans. Do both a quick scan, and a full scan.
Do not scan external hard drives. Just your main drive. I also would
recommend error expert from,
http://www.errorexpert.com
This will clean up any errors that it finds on your system. There is a free
version but, that version does not repair errors. It will find them, but,
not fix them. The registered version will. Also with error expert, you might
need to use the mouse cursor to find the scan now graphic. There are other
tools to use in this program so that you can speed up your computer.

hth.

Hey guys,

I really need to scan this computer for spyware. Any good programs that
work well with window-eyes?
This computer is having way too many slowdowns and becoming quite
unreliable, unexplainable stopping of speech of window-eyes, stuff that is
quite frankly unacceptable.
Any suggestions?
