Hi Jed,

Goto Tools, and from the General Tab select 'Always ask where to download' and 
click OK.

Hey guys,

I don't know why this happens.  When I download a file, I click on save, but
it doesn't allow me to browse where to save it.  It use to, now it doesn't.
Any ideas?
