I use the Windows program NCFTP from the commandline in XP PRO to manage a website, i.e. uploading, et cetera. I am now considering upgrading. My question is, does Windows 8 still have a commandline function? And, will I be able to do much the same things I now do in XP PRO from the Windows 8 commandline?
