You will need to check that all of your deffinitions are up to date. If they are not, there's your problem. Personally, I stopped using Viper a long time ago because it was saying that programs I used on a daily bases were viruses and they weren't. You may want to call GFI software and explain your situation and also tell them your using a screen reader to access there product.
