Where is the best tutorial for reluctant Word/Outlook users?  I'm all for
screenreader-independent instruction, but in this case the closer to
Office 2010 and W.E. we can get, the better.

While some swear by Outlook, I mostly swear at it, and it has become
unavoidable.  With Word as the default editor, to me it's like a single
program.  Any sources come to mind?  T.I.A.
