There is an add-in for Google Chrome called ChromeVox. It is a screen
reader for Google Chrome and, in order to use it, you have to make
Window-eyes silent by either opening the Silent.set set file whenever
Google Chrome is running, or just completely shut down Window-eyes
when Google Chrome is running. Chromevox will start automatically so
you don't need to worry about how to start it without having
Window-eyes open.
