If you are having difficulty with Jarte 5.1, here is some helpful
information from its developer, quoted by permission:
"People who use screen readers with Jarte should refrain from
upgrading to Jarte version 5.1 AND refrain from upgrading to Windows 8.1.
"Jarte users can use the following web address to obtain the Jarte 5.0
install file:
http://www.jarte.com/downloads/jarte_50_setup.exe
Or, the following web address for people who want to perform a manual
install from a zip file:
http://www.jarte.com/downloads/jarte_50.zip
"Jarte Plus users should revert back to Jarte Plus 5.0 by using the
following 5.0 upgrade file:
http://www.jarte.com/downloads/jarte_plus_50_upgrade.exe
Note that Jarte's settings will be preserved when installing version 5.0."
