Bob, I'm not saying there advantages.  There may be some and there are
probably difficulties and lots to learn.  You can't always get anything
other than 2013 with a new system; although, I did talk Microsoft
Accessibility support to take back a versionof 2013 and replace it with
2010.  That was because another screen reader was involved that didn't work
with Office 2013 at the time.
