The answer to can you use the mouse in IE11 is yes and no. We still don't have direct access to the page with the mouse as in IE8 or Firefox, but if you want to click on something you can route the mouse to it and click. Window-Eyes will try to route to that element and click on it. It's a hit or miss. And it's a step toward getting full mouse usage back.
