Thanks, I was just very confused about the reject message. I wonder why? Just one of those things I suppose.
On the App topic. I guess I just had to tell on it because after you said that they were working for you I went and tried it again and I am able to get the app get app to load up apps. I haven't tried the app central again but it looks like whatever gremlin that would not let me send the message and wouldn't let me get apps has moved on for now. Thanks again From: Rod Hutton [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 02, 2013 8:45 AM To: [email protected]; [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: FW: App get and app central are down? Hi Shannon, AppGet works fine on my system. I tried App Central and was able to download an app directly from there. hth, Rod On 12/02/13 9:07 AM, Shannon wrote: Aaron, Sorry to write to you directly but I have just tried to send this to the Info list and was rejected by the server? I don't understand so I thought I would try a different address at GW. Now I have the original app question and another. Why would my email to the list be rejected? Thank you Shannon From: Shannon [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 02, 2013 8:00 AM To: [email protected] Subject: App get and app central are down? I was reading the KB articles about outlook and word and one of them said that if you reload the factory set files then you have to re-download the apps for those programs. I have reloaded the set files and thought since I didn't re download the apps that I would remove and then reload the apps like outlook enhanced and the word apps. The app get app only says progressing and never gets any farther. I went to app central and there are no apps to show? I tried unloading WE and back on again, with no change. I even restarted the system and still no change. So now I have no old possibly broken apps for these programs and no way to get them back? Does anyone else have missing app from the app central or the app get app? Thanks If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
