sorry I did not mean to imply that the mouse could not be used while a scan was
running. I have used malware bytes for a long time on different computer with
different speeds and they all behave differently. some crash malware bytes if
the mouse is used and some don’t. Some also recover from the crash and continue
with the scan and again some don’t. I have not tried the select all method but
I will give it a try next time I do a scan.

You can access the malwarebytes results by tabbing to a point where nothing is
spoken and routing the mouse pointer to that list. I just right click on any
item in the list which gives me a context menu. I arrow down to select all and
press enter. Now you can tab to the remove selected button.

Of course, this is all after pressing the show results button.

pop up alomg with an alert box. So u will here the alert sound. One thing to
know is window-eyes does not work with the results of malware bytes. I have
told gw about it but nothing yet. I have sighted help to remove the malware

How does one know that the scan is complete if it's best to not use the
mnouse during the scan? I looked at their website and am considering the
14-day-trial version, then purchasing after the 14 day trial period if I like
it.

  Best,

You need to let it run without interruption. That includes trying to read
the info with your screen reader

The program stops responding before a full scan is complete. It has done
so twice in a row. Has anyone had this problem? I am using Windows 7 64-bit
Pro.The MalwareBytes build is 4/4/2013.
