Duyahn,
Whenever Window-Eyes adds or changes or removes any default synthesizer
options the master file which holds all this gets updated. In doing
this any specific settings which you have stored would be lost as the
synth specific settings you setup are also held in this master file.
The 8.4 upgrade certainly changed this file as 3 new synthesizer options
were added. This is unfortunate but again, only happens with upgrades
which realize the current list being used is outdated.. Meaning if you
now apply your 8.4 back on top of your 8.4, it will not replace the file
again because the upgrade knows you are already current. Not all
upgrades update this file...but 8.4 did.
