Since I installed we 8.4. I’ve noticed some issues with Windows Live Mail. When I hit ctrl R to reply to a message. WE will read the subject line as well as the message I am replying to before it will read what I am typing anda lot of the time there is a lag before we speaks what I am typing. I’m using win 7 64 If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
