Hi Vic, That's very weird. I'm just guessing here, but is it possible that you are switching inadvertently to another user, that is, one not running speech? It probably isn't happening, but I just thought I'd suggest the possibility.

Good day This is for GW staff, but I thought I'd share it with everyone. Running Windows 7, WE 8.4 and Outlook 2010 has caused We to stop running from time to time. It is not even in the task list. Pressing the load WE hotkey, control+alt+W calls up Window-Eyes normally. The difference is that there is no error report available. Usually when Window-Eyes crashes it is when I am going through a list of messages and press the enter key to open one up. I have not been successful in duplicating this behaviour consistently. It isn't happening often, it is just happening.
