Another vote for Malware bytes it is easy to use in my experience and gets
along well with every antivirus package I've tried. Plus, unless something
has changed since I last made an installer, it can be included in a Ninite
installer which makes installing and updating a breeze. Though I don't know
if Ninite updates also update the malware database since I tend to do that
manually much more regularly than I check for updates with my Ninite
installer.

There is a program called Malware bytes. It is free. Or, you can buy it for
25 dollars. It does work with Window eyes very well. I use it.
