Hi Dennis,
Are you perhaps using a voice which doesn't come with Window-Eyes in the
MS Office deal? I know that this doesn't apply to you since you're on
the lease to own deal. But perhaps both plans share the same
relationship to voices. Try switching to the ESpeak voice and see
whether you're out of demo mode. This would be a temporary fix until
you can speak to GW.
