Hi Ted,
And for context sensitive help in some programs try
Control+Shift+question mark.
Good luck, and enjoy.

Hello, Ted. Good to have you on board.
You have come to the right place for help. All questions are answered
here ranging from the simple to the complex. Users run the gamut from
just starting out to seasoned veterans.
I learned Window-Eyes by reading the manual and trying every command I
thought might help me. The manual is not written in an intimidating
way. It uses straightforward language, and its syntax and organization
make it quite pleasant to peruse. Granted, I'm a "read the manual" kind
of user, and having read many a user guide, I can tell you that the
Window-Eyes manual is friendlier than most and helpful to boot.
I hope you can make the online training on Wednesday. If you can't, it
will be archived on the GW Micro website.

Hi all. First of all, I hope this is the appropriate list to post this
type of message.
My name is Ted Phillips, and I very recently downloaded the Window Eyes
for office offer. I am enjoying working with and learning the product.
It is a bit of a learning curve after working with the competition for
so many years, but I intend to stick with it.
I have wanted Window Eyes for years and just was not able to obtain a
copy till now. I think GW Micros offer is nothing short of miraculous.
I think it has the potential to effect millions of blind persons and
giving them computer access they might not have had before except in a
limited way in some cases.
I am open to any and all suggestions to make the user experience
better. I would be interested to know an easy way to get help for
specific programs while I am using them if it's possible.
Thanks for letting me post, and forgive me if this is off topic.
Thanks
Ted Phillips
