Hi,
If you saved your Window-eyes authorisation file, this isn't a problem.
Uninstall Window-eyes and reinstall it. Then run your Window-eyes
authorisation file. This will prompt you to activate once again. You
will then have your unique serial number. restart Window-eyes.

If you saved your synthesizer authorisation file, just run that again
and your synthesizers will be authorised. If not, go to Window-eyes
help menu and get more voices and redownload your synthesizer
authorisation file.

If you purchased Eloquence or DecTalk you will not need to download them,
just switch to them.
If you purchased vocalizer or vocalizer expressive and the files are in
your downloads folder, just install them as before.

Chris
